We believe that all our members are important and should be able to influence the course of the guild. Because of this we have regular discussions on guild matters.

We also believe that in order for everyone in the guild to be able to get involved and for the community to feel like things are being handled well we aim for highest transparancy possible for our decisions: all our major decisions will be posted in detail with explanations on our forums for the rest of the guild to read.

We are a very vocal community, particularly when it comes to internal communications. Most of our members are very used to VoIP as a medium for communication and in our experience it has helped us build a friendly and tightly knit community.

Fallen Gaming is a community involved in many games. While The Old Republic is our primary one there is plenty of activity in many other games, most notably Heroes of Newerth but we also have many members active in games such as World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, Civilization 5 and Minecraft.

We're a community that are together not just because of a common cause such as a game, but because we enjoy doing things together!

While we are primarily an online guild and community, we have a large interest in doing things together, in the past this interest has shown itself in forms such as Laserdome events (Laser-tag), LANs and annual DreamHack meetings.
